We offer a limited warranty for our jewelry with reasonable wear and tear for six-months from date of purchase. Kria World reserves the right to decline repairs requested for damage deemed to be beyond reasonable wear and tear for jewelry.

To request a repair, please email us at repairs@kria.world with proof of purchase, a detailed description and images of the repairs to be made, a return mailing address, and a phone number.

We will contact you to confirm your repair with an estimate of any cost associated with it and the time needed to complete it. The estimate must be approved by you before the reapir process can begin.

Items for repairs must be shipped with signature required, securely packaged, and insured for the full value of the item. Kria World is not responsible for packages sent using shipping methods that are not trackable or for any costs associated with any shipments.

Once your repair item has been shipped to us, please email us at repairs@kria.world to share tracking information so we may follow its progress.
