European Union orders may be cancelled before fulfillment for 14 days from the purchase date only. All online orders which have been fulfilled by Kria World are eligible to exchange for the total amount for 14 days from date of delivery. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Please do not ship any items without contacting us first. Kria World is not responsible for items returned without prior notification, approval, and tracking information.

Items eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase and free from wear, marks, discoloration, or odor. Kria World reserves the right to determine if any condition would prevent items from being sold as new making them ineligible. Self-care, beauty products, socks, custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible to exchange.

Shipped items must be securely packaged with signature required and insured for the total amount. Kria World is not responsible for packages returned using shipping methods that are not trackable. Once your items have shipped, please contact us at returns@kria.world to share tracking information so we may follow its progress.
